The one days sales training was successfully finished.The lecturer with wealth of experience gave us a wonderful way of teaching, it include the PSA gas generator technical knowledge, export traning ,communication skills and so on. All of us enjoyed and feel real benefit from the training.

Iraq Customers Visit Our Factory

Yesterday our Iraq customers visited our PSA gas generator factory, we accompanied them to visit our production department,then we have a meeting to discuss all technical parts of the PSA oxygen generator project.

The application of PSA nitrogen generator

The PSA nitrogen generator can be used in various fields as below:

Food and beverage industries

The moment food or beverages are produced, or fruits and vegetables harvested, an aging process kicks in until the complete decay of the products. This is caused by bacteria and other organisms. Generators are used to flood the products with N2 that takes out the oxygen and prolongs the product lifetime significantly because these organisms cannot develop. Furthermore, chemical degradation of food caused by oxidation can be eliminated or stopped.

Analytical chemistry

Nitrogen generators are required for various forms of Analytical chemistry such as Liquid chromatography–mass spectrometry and Gas Chromatography where a stable and continuous supply of Nitrogen is necessary.

Aircraft & motor vehicle tires

Although air is 78% Nitrogen. Most aircraft tires are filled with nitrogen, and there are many tire and automotive shops with nitrogen generators to fill tires, the advantage is that nitrogen in a tank is dry. Often a compressed air tank will have water in it that comes from atmospheric water vapor condensing in the tank after leaving the air compressor. Also, nitrogen maintains a more stable pressure when heated and cooled and is said to be a larger molecule so doesn't permeate the tire as easily as O2 and Argon.

Chemical and petrochemical industries

The primary and very important application of nitrogen in chemical and petrochemical industries is the provision of inert environment aimed at ensuring general industrial safety during cleaning and protection of process vessels. Besides, nitrogen is used for pipelines pressure testing, chemical agents transportation, and regeneration of used catalysts in technological processes.

Electronics

In electronics, nitrogen serves as an antioxidant in the manufacture of semi-conductors and electric circuits, heat treatment of finished products, as well as in blowing and cleaning.

Glass industry

In the glass production, nitrogen proves efficient as a cooling agent for bow oven electrodes, oxidation inhibitor during process procedures, as well as air cooler.

Metallurgy

The metal industry generally utilizes nitrogen as a means of protecting ferrous and non-ferrous metals during annealing. Also, nitrogen is helpful in such standard industry processes as neutral tempering, cementing, hard brazing, stress relieving, cyanide hardening, metal-powder sintering and extrusion die cooling.

Paint-and-varnish industry

Paint and varnish production uses nitrogen for the creation of an inert environment in process vessels to ensure safety, as well as for oxygen displacement during packing in order to prevent polymerization of drying oils.

Are there how many ways for gas separation?

Gas separation can refer to any of a number of techniques used to separate gases, either to give multiple products or to purify a single product.
Pressure swing adsorption
Pressure swing adsorption (PSA) pressurizes and depressurizes gas around an adsorbent media to selectively adsorb certain components of a gas, allowing others to be selectively discarded.
Vacuum swing adsorptionVacuum
swing adsorption (VSA) uses the same principle as PSA but swings between vacuum pressures and atmospheric pressure.
The two techniques may be combined and are called "vacuum pressure swing adsorption" (VPSA) in this case.
Temperature swing adsorption
Temperature swing adsorption (TSA) uses a similar technique to other swing adsorption techniques but cycles temperature instead of pressure.
Cryogenic distillation
Cryogenic distillation is typically only used for very high volumes because of its nonlinear cost-scale relationship, which makes the process more economical at larger scales. Because of this it is typically only used for air separation.
Membrane gas separation
Membrane technologies are not as well developed as other gas separation techniques and as a result they are less widely used. Manufacturing challenges mean the units are better suited for small to mid scale operations.The use partially permeable membranes which allow "fast" gases to pass through and be removed, while "slow" gases remain in the airstream and emerge without the original contaminants. Membrane technology is most often used for moisture removal, hydrogen removal and nitrogen enrichment.

ZERO LOSS HEAT ADSORPTION DRYER EXPORT TO RUSSIA

Zero Loss Heat Adsorption Dryer is recognized as  the most energy-efficient product, suitable for oil-free screw and centrifugal drying compressed air purification.
The unit is for China big companies, as the container request for the height of the dryer, we have special designed for the exported dryers to make it fit the container.
We did optimized design for some current problems of this type machine in the market. focused on two points:
1, analytical insufficientof the adsorbent at the latter part .
2,dew point instability.
Our products use the auxiliary heater, the adsorbent can regularly auxiliary heating device, so that the adsorbent temperature regularly reaches its analytical,  fully analytical and regeneration. which appears to increase the equipment energy consumption and costs, but it is really possible to ensure that dew point stability, increase the service life of the adsorbent; because the the maximum of compressor outlet temperature is generally  only 130 ~ 140 ℃ (without after cooler), cant reach the analytical temperature, so only use the auxiliary heater can done it.
